RecommendedHusband locked keys in running truck. I called from hospital and curtis was there with truck unlocked within few minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. reasonably priced too. Thank you for your help

Locked myself out today. Called my road side assistance. And BAM. Didn’t take long for assistance. And I was back in and ready. The driver Marcus was very nice man. Smile on his face. And had me Back in with a blink of an eye. Thank you for your help. 5 Stars all the way!

I was absolutely blessed with the presence of Reggie coming to my rescue. He went above and beyond with exceptional service. Not only did he retrieve my absently minded placed key's laying on the passenger seat of my suddenly discovered flat tire having lil suv in a matter of seconds. Paid $235 to have a VW key made for my daughter's VW bug and installed by Pop-A-Lock. 4 months later, and several problems with the car not starting, it turns out the key was the problem all along. Called Pop-A-Lock to ask about the warranty on the key because VW offers a one year warranty on their keys and they very rudely informed us twice ( my daughter called and my husband called) that they only offer a 30 day warranty. Worst experience ever. Paid to have my lock replaced. Didn’t do it right and when lock cylinder fell out refused to fix without me paying again.
Pop-a-lock Tulsa was called out to rekey my business locks. First I needed him to make an appointment with me and he just showed up out of the blue, it was very uncomfortable. Now the lock does not work. Pop-a-lock says the lock is defective within 24 hours of the rekey. The locks worked before pop-a-lock came out. Pop-a-lock refuses to make it right. Now I have a lock that doesn’t work and I’m out the money. I do not recommend pop-a-lock.
