Lost my car key, called in and they said someone would call me back within an hour.An hour later I have heard nothing. So I call back. I got my keys locked in gave them a call technician named Gavin came out dude was on point very professional and courteous I wouldn't call on no one else around there
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! WHAT A DISGRACE! I AM STRANDED AND NO FAMILY TO HELP. I CALL FROM A RESTAURANT PHONE THEY SAY IT WILL BE 30 MINUTES AFTER AN HOUR I CALL BACK. IT WILL BE 15 MINUTES. 4 HOURS LATER THEY NEVER SHOW UP!! I AM STRANDED NO PHONE ALONE IN A PARKING LOT WITH ALL BUSINESSES CLOSED!! HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF THIS WAS YOUR DAUGHTER, WIFE, OR MOTHER!! AGAIN DO NOT USE POP A LOCK!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!

Amanda very unfortunate situation. However, Jason went out and spent a good bit of time on site looking for you but with no phone to call he eventually had to give up and move on. We hate it when this happens. We have reviewed phone, and GPS records, as well as his electronic log. We can certainly share that info with you as proof. If you can contact us back we can come right out and get you take care of now!

I hope you won't need them tomorrow. But on our last "snow" night, I got a flat tire. Roadside assistance with my insurance sent Pop-A-Lock. Lifesaver! However, the tire inflater killed my battery. I had to get a new battery the next morning. Well, at least I had the spare on!
Great company to deal with. Management worked hard to make the best of a difficult situation.
They have saved me twice!! Today I locked my keys in the car...AGAIN, and they came out in less than one hour!! Great customer service!!
