I was serviced by Billy who was very nice and it took him about 30seconds to unlock my door! I'm giving 2 stars because I was told that someone would be here in 25 mins when instead it was 50 mins.
We needed our locks re-keyed at our office because we had keys lost by an employee & didn't want to take the chance of someone getting into our office. We called Pop-A-Lock and they sent us Rob, he was great! He provided fast, friendly service, thank you!!
I was headed into Autozone on Charlotte today for a couple of items and saw the PAL van in the parking lot. I approached, and a very friendly Rob R. greeted me and said "How can I help?" I inquired about a remote key for my Ford Escape, needing to replace one that was lost some time ago. He had it on the truck, cut the key, and programmed it there in 15 minutes. I tried to make an appointment online, but never got a response. I called and got someone to come out - but pop-a-lock sent out a sub contractor who showed up at my house in a personal vehicle, in street clothes, no name tag, and could not even produce a drivers' license. He did half the job and charged me triple for it because I refused to pay cash and insisted upon a receipt. Never again, Pop-A-Lock, never again.
If you're in need of service please don't hesitate to call Pop-A-Lock of Nashville. There attention to detail & High Industry standards are second to none among their peers in the Locksmith Community! Please trust me when I say you will thank yourself later for hiring them.
Usually I get great service but for once I am not satisfied I called nearly an hour ago I was quoted $59.95 I said ok I will call back I had to figure out if I could get the money when I called back they then quoted me at 69.95 that is a $10 difference between an hour. And they couldn't even tell me if they offered a military discount. So now I have called a different lock smith one that is only charging $50.
Ask for Jeff he helped when all the other so called 24/7 locksmiths wouldn't. .
