this company responded to a call for roadside assistance from my insurance company last night to change a flat tire. when I first called in to see approximately what time to expect them, the lady said it could be an hour before they could get to me but would call on their way. I kept watch for 40 minutes to see if anyone called. I ended up calling them back and was told that they canceled my service because they don't fix flat tires that late at night but they never let me know this when I called the first time. Can’t even begin to say how amazing Rob and his team are. We were in a huge bind when someone took our keys to our car. They spent hours trying to rekey it and when that didn’t work, they consulted a few colleagues and figured out what needed to be done. They were there the next day with the OEM Key and we were able to be on our way. I can’t thank them enough. Having Lucy the dog there to comfort me during this ordeal was amazing too.
Prompt, professional, and courteous. Provided status updates so I didn’t feel stranded. Will hopefully not need their services again anytime soon (lesson learned) but would recommend them to anyone that does.
