Owner helped me by fixing my car while I was visiting from out of town. The owner went through a great length to remove a difficult part from my car which too numerous house. He also gave me a great price for repair. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!

This establishment is a joke the office manager and owner Albert are doing damage control surfing the net and posting reviews that are good. Just visit several sites and you will find the percentage of bad experiences out weigh the good please don't go here why take a chance go some place where branding represent service. Remember cheap does not mean good service or may also mean cutting corners some one going to pay and believe me. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Unprofessional and horrible customer service. We were quoted a $55 price for towing. They charged $75 for diagnostics and told us they would not repair the car. Then they raised the towing price to $85 because they said we did not have the work done there even through they did $75 in diagnostic work. Then the owner threatened me with bodily injury. The other night after returning to my apartment from a full days chiors I somehow locked my keys in my car. Poor Ma's Towing wasn't the first place that I thought to dial until I read a past review of the roadside services offered. It was a great review so I decided to call them. I waited no longer than 30mins and was promted with a proffesional and timely key rescue all including a great rate. Had I went anywhere else I know I would've have been charged an arm an a leg. I called these guys because the driveshaft on my SUV suddenly broke. They promptly towed it in to their shop and fixed it very inexpensively…I recommend Poorman’s services to everyone.
