This company is terrible!! i purchased a $1200 pool vacuum that somehow was delivered to the wrong address. They advertise they ship Fed Express but they shipped it UPS package is lost. I tried to contact Poolbots left messages and emails no response they do not answer the phone. When I did get someone on the phone they told me it was my problem with UPS and they would do nothing to help!! Who sends out a package worth $1200 without any proof of delivery!! With 1-3 day shipping one would of course jump on that offer and proceed to make a purchase with this company, after seeing their website and impressed with their reviews I decided to make a purchase with them. One star because zero is not available. Do NOT use this company. They totally messed up our order and won't make it right. They don't answer their phone, their customer service is terrible, and they don't own their mistakes. We ordered a bot and a caddy. They sent us TWO bots and no caddy. Advice to Poolbots: Improve your company by not treating your customers like garbage and by not accusing them of fraud when they try to use a credit card with a billing address different from the shipping address. If you choose to investigate a transaction for any reason, please make sure you have a legitimate basis for your decision to not proceed with the sale. I ordered a robotic pool cleaner on 6-26-18. My credit card was accepted on that date. The website indicates the item will be shipped within 10 hours of receiving the order and be delivered by Fed Ex within 3 days to my location. After 3 weeks and four contacts by me, still no delivery of the machine. In short, they took the money and had no mechanism for shipping and delivering the item. They did credit my account following my request.
I ordered a 1200 dollar pool robot that was to come with a remote and a cart to store/move unit. The robot arrived as described with remote but no cart. These were a known back ordered item. We received them into inventory on June 25th and shipped the item out immediately. Per FedEx tracking it arrived to the customer's address the very next day.
