Lackluster, unimaginative, and uncaring customer experience. I ordered a Dolphin Sigma on 09/10/2023, which included 1-3-day ***** shipping. 8 days later, I finally received the item, and it was broken (handle was detached on one side and the plastic shell was misaligned, creating a gap in the body of the Sigma. Great products, terrible customer service. Purchased a premier pool cleaner. After our 30 days we realized that we were unable to lift the cleaner out of the pool for cleaning. Purchased Premier pool cleaner Ordet date - July 2 After the 30 days contacted customer service with an issue.Asked for options to upgrade to the Sigma Model. Terrible customer service. They sent me a used Premiere Dolphin the doesn't touch the surface of the pool. They won't honor their return policy.
Ordered and paid $999. For a E30 robotic pool vacuum. I was told I would have it in 1-3 days by ******* 6 days later nothing also I never received my email confirmation of purchase or tracking number. Tried to reach out and nothing! This company is not reliable. Buy from Amazon!
Worst company. Sent me a open box dolphin quantum said they inspect it that it is in working condition. It came and the power supply went on but the robot didn’t work. Looking in the box the Amazon return slip was still in there from the last person who sent it back lol!! Easy to purchase the pool cleaner. However after one month and 6 uses the product has failed. Contacted the company to let them know and the response I got was the manufacturers telephone number. Guess once it leaves their facility it’s no longer their problem. Having one stand behind the products they sell seems to be an issue now a days. Oh well

I purchased it online. They said they were shipping it. They sent me a tracking number but they only filled out the address label is what Fed-X keeps telling me. They lied and told me three times that it was being shipped. Not true. DON'T BUY. FAKE COMPANY. Selling products they don't have in stock. Now I'm paying interest to my Credit Card company fighting to get a refund from Poolbots. Going to get them banned from YouTube next.
