Easy to purchase the pool cleaner. However after one month and 6 uses the product has failed. Contacted the company to let them know and the response I got was the manufacturers telephone number. Guess once it leaves their facility it’s no longer their problem. Having one stand behind the products they sell seems to be an issue now a days. Oh well

I purchased it online. They said they were shipping it. They sent me a tracking number but they only filled out the address label is what Fed-X keeps telling me. They lied and told me three times that it was being shipped. Not true. DON'T BUY. FAKE COMPANY. Selling products they don't have in stock. Now I'm paying interest to my Credit Card company fighting to get a refund from Poolbots. Going to get them banned from YouTube next.
I purchased a robot online (~$1700). I was contacted a couple days later and s told they don't actually have the robot I paid for, then she tried selling me a different one. BAIT AND SWITCH. I declined and asked for a refund. I was told it will take time to process (my purchase was instantaneous). She lied. No refund was processed. Excellent customer service goes to (SR). We ordered the incorrect vacuum for our public swimming pool and needed to order a commercial vacuum. She made the return efficient, easy and fast within 3 business days. The new machine works great! Thank you!
Great service and fast shipping. The only thing holding me back from a 5-star eating is that their phone system sounds so robotic, you aren't sure you are ordering from a legitimate company. My experience after talking to them is they are very real). Tip: Just press 0... Pressing 1 got me disconnected.
Update, Representative did call me back and said my item is on back order. 2 weeks later Item was delivered.
Horrible company. We purchased a pool vacuum for $529 and were told it would be shipped within 1-3 days. We never received product but instead received an email stating they did not have the vacuum anymore . Our account was charged the day we ordered it and we requested a refund. We never received refund after 5 days so we called again and they finally put refund in our account. The next day the refund dropped off the account.
