Poolbots is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. I purchased the Dophin Premier and it broke the first time I put it in the pool. I requested to get a refund for the product. They denied my request three times and then finally agreed. I then shipped the product to be returned to them. For some reason, my shipment was returned to me. Great products, terrible customer service. Purchased a premier pool cleaner. After our 30 days we realized that we were unable to lift the cleaner out of the pool for cleaning. Way to heavy The unit must be removed from the pool for cleaning. Bottom filter access ONLY. Contacted customer service for a solution (Options). Response your 30 days are past for return. Terrible customer service. They sent me a used Premiere Dolphin the doesn't touch the surface of the pool. They won't honor their return policy.

Worst company. Sent me a open box dolphin quantum said they inspect it that it is in working condition. It came and the power supply went on but the robot didn’t work. Looking in the box the Amazon return slip was still in there from the last person who sent it back lol!! Even worse is the customer service no on answers the phone or chat luckily maytronics the company who makes the robot is taking care of it but I had to send it out and wait for them to fix it! Easy to purchase the pool cleaner. However after one month and 6 uses the product has failed. Contacted the company to let them know and the response I got was the manufacturers telephone number. Guess once it leaves their facility it’s no longer their problem. Having one stand behind the products they sell seems to be an issue now a days. Oh well

I purchased it online. They said they were shipping it. They sent me a tracking number but they only filled out the address label is what Fed-X keeps telling me. They lied and told me three times that it was being shipped. Not true. DON'T BUY. FAKE COMPANY. Selling products they don't have in stock. Now I'm paying interest to my Credit Card company fighting to get a refund from Poolbots. Going to get them banned from YouTube next.

I purchased a robot online (~$1700). I was contacted a couple days later and s told they don't actually have the robot I paid for, then she tried selling me a different one. BAIT AND SWITCH. I declined and asked for a refund. I was told it will take time to process (my purchase was instantaneous). She lied. No refund was processed. A week or so later, I bought an Open Box from them, the same model robot. A week or so after that, instead of a refund, another robot gets dropped off at my house.
