This company is a joke. Do not order from them what so ever. Product I ordered has not worked from day one. I have called three consecutive days in a row. I have done all things asked including sending photos and videos of non-functioning robot. The wait time on the phone is generally around 20 minutes and I believe they only have one service rep. *** a different company for your pool robot needs.
Blue Helix is not worth any money for an inground pool. It gets stuck on the pool drains, I purchased drain clips as their recommendation, and still gets stuck for hours. The cable does not untangle; therefore gets pulled back toward the outlet and doesn't clean the whole pool. Filters are hard to clean because they don't come out. Gets stuck on the slope of the wall for hours just spinning the brushes.
BUYER BEWARE! I would give it 0 stars if it were available. The cleaner never worked correctly from day one. It wouls go to the pool wall and stay there. I would have to turn it in the direction of the middle of the pool where it would go to the other side and stay on the wall. It didnot have very good suction in cleaning the floor. i sent Poolbots a video of the cleaner. they deemed it working properly and refused to honor the return shipping. I would not buy this procuct or order from Poolbots.
I have had a pool for 14 years and purchased other brands of pool cleaners. I Purched a Dolphin Escape from Poolbots after doing some research on the internet. From day one the cleaner did not function properly. I worked with Maytronics on solutions to no avail. I was told by Maytronics to either ship in for repairs of return product through the distributor I purchased the cleaner from (POOLBOTS) as this was still within the 30 days of purchase. I ordered a refurbished Dolphin Premier robot on 4/22/24. On 4/26/24 the robot was delivered in a very battered box, with tape missing on one side and puncture holes. I took photos before opening the box. Upon opening the box all components of the robot were loose inside the box with ZERO packing material present. The back wheel area has a crack and the robot makes a loose plastic rattling sound when moved. Rating for customer service after the sale.I received a pool cleaner that I had ordered as open box. I received the cleaner in a defective condition and contacted their online chat The chat was initiated immediately and received a return slip that was prepaid, shortly following the conversation.
