We submitted our online enquire to Pool Safety Solutions on a Saturday morning, same day afternoon Phil rang me and advised he could come to our property on Monday to perform the required four year inspection to our glass fence. On Monday afternoon Phil came by and was very helpful in inspecting our pool fence compliance and providing Form 23 certificate for the council. Very fast and reliable service. Wish I had read the Very Poor Reviews before agreeing to use this pack of sheisters: 1) Gave me an appointment date for Tuesday of the next week with a promise to call me back with an Inspection Time . . . They never did . . . 2) I called them twice on the Tuesday and finally got a call back very late in the afternoon . . . No Apology, but offered me an inspection date on the Thursday of the following week . . . I rejected this and cancelled my booking and asked for an immediate and full refund . . . .
