PLEASE STEER CLEAR!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Not only do their advertisements mislead the consumer , but when contacted they do not reply to any questions you may have . Phil Commandeur entered my house without meeting with me first , as l was in another part of my property and when a very quick 10 minute discussion ensued , not every ‘non compliant ‘ issue was discussed. We submitted our online enquire to Pool Safety Solutions on a Saturday morning, same day afternoon Phil rang me and advised he could come to our property on Monday to perform the required four year inspection to our glass fence. On Monday afternoon Phil came by and was very helpful in inspecting our pool fence compliance and providing Form 23 certificate for the council. Very fast and reliable service.
