We had an incident where some cash was stolen from us while we were gambling in the casino. The staff and managers were so professional and prompt in helping us solve the situation. AND they were able to get my money back. This same situation happened to me and my husband in Freemont St earlier this year and it was a terrible experience- and the hotel management was not helpful at all. I am so thankful that Beau rivage turned what could have been a terrible experience into such a positive one. We loved the food and the smoke... read more

Husband and I had great time this weekend at the casino. The buffet was ok nothing to write home about. Personally I'm a housekeeper and the glass shower doors made me uncomfortable knowing I could see water spots on them before I even got in. Then I dropped the remote when I looked down I could see popcorn on the floor. Over all pricey
The night we arrived valet service and doorman was outstanding. We did enjoy our room and casino. Definitely was planning to be back soon. However I found out that I have a few fresh scratches and dents on my car (and I did use valet service and even tip them because I feel they needs to be tipped)... definitely not gonna use the valet service, but going with heavy bags from garage by myself wouldn't be a solution...
