Purchased a floor model that we had questions about and a possible leak. We were told to follow up after winter when the full staff was going to be back. When we did, it took multiple attempts to get a response and then we were told there was no repair person available after all.
Good people very knowledgeable about what they are doing well mannered workers that show up and get the job done In a reasonable time frame
