Very professional office. I recommend Dr Ponzio to all my friends and family.
I arrived at the office, called in and was brought to a room right away. I needed a filling replaced in my tooth after a root canal (which was a good experience). Dr Ponzio cleaned out the tooth, put the filling in (no pain) and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I must admit, I don’t like going to the dentist but I do love Dr Ponzio!!!

I woke up with a tooth ache and was able to see the Dr that morning and was referred to a specialists the same day and my medical emergency was taken care of in one day. So helpful and compassionate!!!

I was very impressed by a number of things. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Benka made sure I thoroughly understood what I needed done and the steps involved. She made me feel very comfortable in what would be done. Maria was very helpful regarding my options with Kleer and insurance. I enjoyed speaking with her. One thing that really impressed me was the how clean the office was.......very important to me!!
I had my 6 month checkup today. My Hygienist was great. She explained everything while cunducting the cleaning. She was very friendly and professional. Dr P then examined me. He also is very friendly and professional. He took time to explain everything he found. His entire staff is friendly and helpful.
Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and filled out paperwork. Immediately taken to a room. The technician observed my mouth and asked questions regarding my issue. Dr Benka arrived promptly and made me feel comfortable with some humor and a sincere interest in my issue. She asked many relevant questions and took an interest in my new life in River Grove.
