My daughter and I left gushing about what a great experience we had. And yes, the toy from the trunk always helps, but we were impressed by the friendliness of then staff and the attention Dr. Ponzio gave us. He was very good about not making us feel rushed and asked me several times if we had any questions. Keep up what you're doing! We are moving the rest of the family to this dental practice!

I received a very thorough exam, conducted gently so that my fears were stilled. The doctor provided a detailed explanation afterward, answered lots of questions.
