I went in to see Dr. Ponzio because a filling put in almost 3 months ago still caused too much pain to be able to eat on that side. Dr. Ponzio listened fully to my concerns, took a look, determined the most likely issue was needing to adjust the surface of the filling just a little bit and he adjusted right then and there. He explained it could still take a couple of weeks to feel completely normal and it all made sense. I really appreciated his willingness to listen and to explain. Arrived to the office and was greeted very professionally by the front office staff. The dental assistant was extremely professional and very knowledgeable! The dentist provided excellent service as well. I will definitely share my experience with family and friends. Highly recommended!!

Today I was very impressed that shortly after I arrived for my appointment Dr Ponzio requested I reschedule my appointment to determine whether I need to take antibiotic prior to dental work. This caution was necessary to prevent infection since I had a recent heart attack and surgery..
