Their boards board's decision to not go ahead with broadband internet. They have personally kept pontotoc in the dark.ages to line their own pockets.

Electricity and service are great but the decision to not provide high speed internet when many others are is disappointing. The study was designed to fail from the beginning and just feels as though the intent was to never provide the service but wanted to give the appearance they had done due diligence
The broadband survey hoax was designed to fail before it started. I called it before that dog & pony show began. Marijuana will be legal before they let go of that racket. This was the final straw. They have one less taxpayer. I don’t have kids anyway. I’m tired of funding their schools.
Any company that refuses to help expand their services doesn’t need a good Recommendation
Very disappointed in PEPA deciding against providing it's customers the hi- speed internet service. You people are elected by us the members & we will not forget.
Refusal to bring Fiber to the customers just cost every board member there job. Enjoy your last terms.
This is towards the Board .. not the workers. This group of elected board leaders decided it was best not to extend to the rural citizens. This shows they only want to fill a seat and line their pockets .. they are not concerned with the needs of their customers. The COVID-19 shelter-in-place has shut the schools and many businesses down. Some are required to work or teach from home .. but they can't do this properly because they are in areas without internet service.
