Worse place I ever lived glad to finally be gone after 9 years
Very unprofessional staff in the office , they are very unorganized , no one ever knows what is going on with anything pertaining to your file , they are a money pawn they charge you for some of everything, unfriendly, and does not take care of complaints of other tenants serious. They nitpick a lot too. I’ll say about 2 years ago when another office personnel was in office things ran a lot better.
Very rude staff in office , The property manager being the hardest to work this for discrimination reasons , and you don’t get a letter or anything on decisions made , you’re told things verbally so you have no paper trail of anything, office never answers the phone you have to pop in on them , and all serious papers that you ARE given is always last minute like a day or two before a deadline. I don’t like confrontation but it’s always an issue other than that the inside of the homes are decent .
