Worse place I ever lived glad to finally be gone after 9 years
Very unprofessional staff in the office , they are very unorganized , no one ever knows what is going on with anything pertaining to your file , they are a money pawn they charge you for some of everything, unfriendly, and does not take care of complaints of other tenants serious. They nitpick a lot too. I’ll say about 2 years ago when another office personnel was in office things ran a lot better.
Very rude staff in office , The property manager being the hardest to work this for discrimination reasons , and you don’t get a letter or anything on decisions made , you’re told things verbally so you have no paper trail of anything, office never answers the phone you have to pop in on them , and all serious papers that you ARE given is always last minute like a day or two before a deadline. I don’t like confrontation but it’s always an issue other than that the inside of the homes are decent .
It's a dam shame that they can take your money for the application and all your personal paperwork and tell you they will let you no if you have the apparent or not, ok my daughter is still waiting.the property manager needs to be let go,it's sad that she can go home and sleep in her warm bed and not understanding the need of the next person.but let me be very clear about one thing what GOD gives he can take.she may go home one day and have a notice on her door saying she has to leave.GOD works in mysterious ways .so to the ... read more
