We have came here for years for my own pets and others and have never been disappointed. The staff is beyond kind and really care about what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for everything yal have done!
We just switched to Ponchatoula Animal Hospital in the spring upon a friend's recommendation. I was instantly won over on our first visit, however, yesterday we had to go back under the worst circumstances, as we were having to put our 14 year old beagle down. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff and vets at PAH. Having never put a dog down before, I was very upset when I called to ask about the procedure. First, we had the utmost of confidence since the first day we took our fur baby here. Dr. Duhon and staff were always phenomenal. Today, Dr. Duhon and staff went above and beyond, they showed that their hearts are truly in their work. As we had to unexpectedly tell our Nellie goodbye, all involved were so incredibly caring, compassionate and kind. THANK YOU for helping us get through this.
Always friendly and helpful. They really care about my animals and always go out of their way to give them and affordable care. I board my dogs here and all my animals come here. The doctors are fantastic.
