I was in there yesterday for surgery and all but one staff were excellent. They provided me with top notch care. I have been there several times over the years and must say we have been treated great each time.

Went In yesterday via la Verne fire because of breathing problems wound up in waiting room for 6 hours waiting I have had asthma my my whole life and know my body if I feel like a freaking fish out of water wouldn't I know about it basically sat there for 6 hours to get Prednisone prescription and get kicked out the door no breathing treatments or anything I also heard the staff bad mouthing people who couldn't hear them to long of a dam wAit
I was discharged today and I must say, one of the most wonderful experiences to have as a patient. The doctors and nurses in the ER and the med surg floor where I was in made me feel that they were there to make sure that I would be ok, that I was as comfortable as I could be from the extreme pain I was having. Teamwork was great! I was discharged after just an overnight stay, good as new! Thank you so much and I would recommend your hospital to anyone!
My wife Bonnie Had all 5 of my kids here. Best hospital ever.
It sucked I took my 5mth pregnant daughter. We waited 6 hrs. and still hadn't been seen. She was in so much pain and throwing up. We finally left to another hospital.... And I've never seen so many cops just standing around talking to eachother, is that what my tax dollars pay for???
Security needs retraining and massive culling - they are an embarrassment to any professional establishment and arguably violate patients' rights. Administrative (phone) staff are incompetent - unable to connect calls after being given specific information. Half of the nurses were exemplary, but the other half treated patients with dual diagnoses as second class citizens. The quality of care you receive is determined by a metaphorical coin flip. Whether you get their "award-winning" care is completely random.
