The Hospital was clean and very well organized. All members of the staff were respectful, polite and very "human". The put us at ease and my husbands surgeon was top notch. Excellent experience overall! GREAT JOB!!

I love Pomona Valley Medical Center but quite honestly will never use the physician I had again. He was rude and uninterested in me. I had never met him and he never introduced himself to me. He did not even bother to follow up after the procedure with me. I would not recommend him to anyone. Pomona Valley medical center is another story...they and the staff are wonderful.

The nurses, doctors, and all the staff provided excellent care. They were kind, considerate, and very professional. As with all ERs, there was a lot of waiting, but that is understandable. Pomona Valley is an excellent facility.
