I had my 1st bad experience with the hospital in 3 years. The stuff is always friendly. They try to accommodate you in timely manner. Yes I've had my fair share of waiting forever but I also understand the it's based the 3 R's. On this last visit my daughter was part of the 3 R's & the RN Thomas decided for me I was there for a sick child so he said to me 'I'm letting someone more important go 1st' without knowing why I was there. My child was wheezing for over 8 hours & only getting worse as time went by. She got xrays & st... read more
It was code Red when I arrived to the hospital. I was assited quite fast I was taken care of as well as monitored carefully. Thank you to the Dr. And nures who took care of me at PVH Im doing great after an allergic reaction to peanuts.
Excelllent care provided by nurses Agnes, Julliet. Rose. Dr Every and other attending physcisians were open and forward. The crew in ER were especially caring.
Everyone were very kind to me. Make me feel that I am in good hand. The nurse was very sensitive to my pain, and help me with pain management. Our family have been here number of times for various challenges. I am glad to have Pomona valley medical center is near by for treatment.

Doctors, nurses, staff were all phenomenal. I've had two surgeries in the last 10 days and they make you so comfortable and treat you like a king. If it's not too bad either. I'm Pomona Valley Hospital is top notch
