I didn't get a greeting upon entering and being in store for about 5 mins and then I greeted the employees that I walked past! Coming from 20 yrs of retail experience and knowing how important a greeting is I was a little disappointed! I must say that Ron in Parts and Michelle in Accessories was amazing! Other than that I had a good experience there. Thank you
Took my street glide in yesterday for some warranty work. Sure enough the shop had it ready today and they did an awesome job wiping her down. I will be back!
