We had a wonderful experience w/ Dr. Ellen! She is gentle, kind, and really takes the time to make the entire process easy (for kids AND parents). Both of my boys had wonderful experiences...even my oldest who had to have some work done. The staff is very friendly and the billing process was painless. The movies are a plus and the waiting room is fun too! Would absolutely recommend Dr. Ellen...and my boys are already looking forward to their next appointment!

Dr Ellen Im displays an obvious passion and dedication to her patients and practice. She is thorough and takes the time to bring comfort to each child and family. Dr Im is thoughtful, diligent, and meticulous which creates a positive experience for every patient she serves. It is clear that she genuinely loves what she does and cares for those who walk through her doors. My two little ones couldn't have been happier with their first visit! Thank you so much!

All I can say is that Dr. Ellen has a bedside manner that I have not seen since I was a little girl. Not only did she and her staff go above and beyond when it came to my three year old and his pain. I was impressed how they worked together as a team of professionals without lacking empathy. That is hard to find! Hats off to your Dental team. My son is pain free and happy. Warmest Regards! I am so impressed with this dentist office. They are SO nice! My kids look forward to going, very knowledgeable. They have an orthodontist that visits their office. My daughters bracket and wire came off and Dr. Ellen let me send a pic of it to determine if it was an emergency or not, which really put my mind at ease. They go above and beyond! I will tell all my friends to take their kids here :)

As a patient, I feel so comfortable with Dr. Ellen! Perhaps there might be a bias due to our amazing names :) But all jokes aside, I like the space, it's clean and organized, and the staff is incredibly sweet. Dr. Ellen is very personable and especially knowledgeable, which, I think, are important qualities. Thanks for a good experience every time!

Wonderful, caring staff that knows how to work with kids. It's been so easy to bring my son to the dentist since we started going here. It's easy on him and on me. My son normally dislikes dentists, but there's something about Dr. Ellen and her staff that my guy loves!

My sons first dental exam with Dr. Ellen was awesome. I'm terrified of the dentist because I had a bad experience as a child & was hesitant with picking a dentist for him. But, Dr. Ellen is so kind & gentle with him. He cried a little while she was examining his teeth, but sang to him while so him while doing his exam, which I find to be really sweet & I'm sure it helped him be a little less traumatized.
