Dr. Im was so great with my rambunctious boys. She shared her findings and what I needed to know about the development of my boys' teeth. She also shared information on prevention of cavities and how to care for my boys' teeth. She took her time with us and answered my questions. I am sure our first visit with her will be a memorable one for my boys' as they each got a coin to get toys from the vending machine at the office. The assistant held her hand gently and soothed her, while Dr. Im Filled 2 cavities and put sealant on her teeth. It was so sweet and comforting. My two children had Dr. Ellen as their pediatric dentist when she still worked in Maryland. We absolutely loved her friendliness, professionalism, and great service. She treated my children as if they were her own family. We dearly miss her and have yet to find another dentist comparable to her. Anyone living in the area looking for a great pediatric dentist, look no further!
I highly recommend Dr Ellen and her staff. They were excellent, making my son feel very comfortable. She is also very understanding, and will communicate what needs to be done without making you feel guilty. I've been to many other dentists that make you feel bad because your kids have cavities and accuse you of not making your kids brush enough, which is not the case.
