My kids have always enjoyed going to the dentist because of the warm atmosphere, friendly staff and kind-hearted Dr. Ellen. They are GREAT with kids and the office is very kid friendly.
My son loves the staff here. Never had a bad trip to the dentist since he started coming here. He would argue with his old dentist, but from the first visit here, he cooperated and no more arguments. The whole staff is cheerful, professional, and they know how to work with kids!
Thank you so much to Dr. Im for her patience and kindness with our Leo. He was unable to get a sufficient exam or xrays due to his Autism and sensory processing issues. Last June we were referred to Dr. Im, and Leo was able to sit through an exam. She sang gently to him while working and he was very comfortable. Yesterday, Leo surprised us all when he was actually able to sit still and get some xrays! I very sincerely recommend her to any parent with little ones that struggle with dentist appointments.
Dr Ellen Im is fabulous. I take my kids to see her and they love her. She's able to make my kids feel comfortable and they love the prizes they get after their visit. Also, her waiting room is amazing. The kids can keep busy the whole time and parking is convenient. Its right in Poway and we commute from Ramona. We love her and recommend her to all our friends.
