We just went to Dr. Ellen Im for my 3 year old son's first teeth cleaning appointment. The staff were super friendly and patient with my son. The office was extremely clean and kid friendly. Highly recommend!
Dr. Im is wonderful with children and puts them at ease with her gentle and kind manner. She has a beautiful office that is kid friendly and a staff that is courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend her!
My daughter Ava has an intense fear of anything medical or dental related. She is extremely anxious and needs extra spacial care and attention. She has had extensive dental work and has always feared going to the dentist. On Halloween one of her caps came out and we discovered another needed maintenance as well. On Wednesday we went to see Dr Ellen and we were able to get both caps replaced and Ava actually smiled and giggled during the procedure. Nice people and nice office I called Dr. Im on Saturday after office hours due to high fever in my 6 y.o. child who had lost his first tooth, with loose second tooth, and red, swollen gums. I was nervous and fearful that he might have not just viral but bacterial infections. She got back to me shortly, asked how my child is doing and gave me instructions to care for him.
