We had a great experience at Dr. Im's office! They have a caring and friendly staff. I took my 7 year old in to get her first two front teeth taken out (permanent teeth needed room) and Dr. Im was not only patient, but calmly talked her through the process in a creative way. She had my daughter dancing with her feet through the whole process. We are very grateful for our experience today.
Dr. Im and her staff are excellent. They are all so friendly and really know how to make my children and me comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Im gives great advice and takes her time answering all my questions. The office itself is beautiful and inviting to kids.
The staff was very helpful when I called about my daughter's retainer. They worked with me to find a time when I could drop it off, even though it was Thanksgiving week, including offering to stay late to meet me. And they were able to get the retainer fixed quickly. Then they worked with me to add some time to an existing dental (not ortho) appointment to fit the retainer. Dr. Ellen, Dr. Jordan, and the staff are always very friendly to me and my daughter.
