My kids used to be afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Im is so gentle and fast, my kids love her! Thanks for making our dental appointments such a pleasant and non-threatening experience!
My children are 2 and 4. We found Dr. Ellen Im on a random search for pediatric dentists... I read her reviews and gave her a try. And I'm am so pleased with our experiences thus far!! She is the sweetest kindest person. She's a mom herself with small children, and speaks right to my children in a very comfortable way. Nice people and nice office I called Dr. Im on Saturday after office hours due to high fever in my 6 y.o. child who had lost his first tooth, with loose second tooth, and red, swollen gums. I was nervous and fearful that he might have not just viral but bacterial infections. She got back to me shortly, asked how my child is doing and gave me instructions to care for him. Dr. Ellen is such a wonderful and patient dentist. My children had a terrible experience with their previous dentist and I'm so happy my friend referred me to her. I would refer everyone who asks me to her 100% of the time!
This is the third time my 4.5 year old has visited Dr. Ellen Im. Twice for cavities. He absolutely loves her and never says that she hurts him. As he puts it they gave him happy juice and woke up with nice teeth. She is amazing. Has a wonderful bedside manner with children and her staff is amazing. I would recommend Dr. Im to any person with small children for any level of dental care.
Our family has been so happy with the care and service that we have received with Dr. Ellen! From one mother to another, I trust that she will provide me an expert opinion with dental matters and have really appreciated the care and compassion that she has shown to our children. When the hygenist turns towards your little girl, smiles and says "would you like to hold Mr Thirsty?", you know you've done well in your quest to put your kid on track towards lifelong oral health. It was my girls first trip to the dentist and I was amazed at how well it went. Our experience was that of first-rate professionalism, kindness, patience and courtesy from Dr Ellen and her staff alike. Kudos to y'all, for a job well done!
