Love the feel of the Poly80 grip. Easy to finish just follow the instructions and you will have perfect results.
Contacted customer service over a bad jig. Sent them photos and got ‘well you must have drilled it wrong’. Even sent them pictures shows the jig sides are different and didn’t line up correctly. Sorry out of warranty, eat 150 POS

I have built several ARs, upgrade triggers, slides, sites, mag releases and I load my own ammo. Saying that, I watched the videos this company put out for instructions and followed them. Started to assemble it and the wholes in the back on the grip did not line up with steel slide rails provided. I contacted polymer80 and let them know what happened. purchased 2 lowers one ar15 the other ar 10 both where missing parts. and the customer service sucks..called almost a week ago no return called send email did get a reply and have yet to get any more contact from the company so looks like am going to have to return them to retailer..
