I was skeptical of how the build would turn out, but after a several full mags I couldn't be happier with the function and accuracy of the finished product!
As long as you mill out the RSA channel all the way, (usually have to take as wide as the steel locking block) everything functions 100%. Better grip angle than Glocks, 1913 rail to accept more lights and attachments, you can make 9mm, 40, .357 all off the same platform. Feels great, works 100% as long as you’re mechanically inclined enough to understand how a pistol functions.
It took minimal fiddling to get the frame finished and and assembled, I was really expecting a little more frustration for a DIY like this. Well thought out for sure.
Good quality products and Top tier customer service
Awesome product, great customer support
Ordered a lower and the Stainless Steel Locking Block Rail System and the Stainless Steel Drop-In Rear Rail Module wasn't sent with it. So I've been trying to call them everyday on my lunch break with no luck, I've also let voicemails, messaged them on Facebook and made to inquiries on their website for over a week with no response. Im really disappointed with my experience and doubt I'll ever give them my business again.
I have been trying to contact customer service for two weeks. Two voicemails, three emails and nothing. I recieved a bad rear rail in my compact g19 kit. I've been on hold for about 30 minutes everytime I've called. I guess they dont respond to customers. And i was hoping to buy multiple kits.
If you want a fully customized Glock-style pistol, getting the opportunity to learn the pistol from the inside out as you build it, P80 is what you seek. I seriously built one at my coffee table, using nothing more than a small pair of snips, a Kershaw Blur, and a battery-operated drill. All told, it takes about an hour and a half of work to go from an unopened P80 box and a pile of parts to a completed gun-to include fully assembling the slide.
Superior fit and finish of the part, can't wait to start milling!
