After completing the P80 compact frame and installing the rails I test fitted the slide and had the binding/out of alignment issue a lot of folks have. I punched out the pins and put the rails in loose with the slide on and put in one pin at time until I figured out which one was causing it (rear pin on forward rail) so I drove back out lined everything back up with slide on and put drill bit all the way through and cleaned up the holes. 10/10 Would highly recommend Polymer80 if you are building your own glock. They have great customer service and stand by their product! This will not be last build!
Great customer service and I love the style of their frames. In my opinion it’s superior to OEM Glock frames.
Tried making a multiple lower order online. I kept getting an AVS mismatch WITH ALL MATCHING information. I tried calling the support desk and the man was very rude. Basically said it's my issue and figure it out or kick rocks. I'm ok with telling me to call back or there is a issue try ordering later, but I can take my business elsewhere. Mine and every person I meet at home, the range, and in passing.
******** Contacted customer service because the pin holes didn’t line up. Was told basically told I didn’t follow the directions which I was sure to do since I haven’t completed one before. I sent the pictures they asked for and was told that I could buy another for $90 because basically it was my fault even though I drilled the holes first as the directions stated!
