Totally recommend their products. The government has no business knowing what you own or dictating what you can or can't own.
Although I like the design of my poly80. I had a few issues and after writing the company I received absolutely no response! I to make modifications to areas such as buffer tube detent hole, and the threads for the buffer tube were barked up when I received it. Not major issue but the fact I ask for help and received no response left me with the impression they don’t care about their customers. Hope that’s not the case for everyone but just my experience.
The PF9SS is far superior to the SS80.
the pf45 rear rail holes don't line up, I don't recommend. emailed customer service about a week and a half ago still nothing. must be having lots of problems.
Business response:
What's your case number?
Customer service regarding a build where the dremel bit I used bent (European metric brad point) I was happy paying for a second chance frame but they took care of the replacement. I am more than impressed with the product and company thank you for taking care of me. Above and beyond! Definitely will continue buying frames for my builds.
I have had a wonderful experience using polymer 80. I just completed my third order with them and have had nothing but excellent customer service. The quality of their products is matched by their customer service and that keeps me coming back!
Thanks for the lemon, guys. That's exactly what I was hoping to get, a scratched up piece of junk in a warped jig.
After following the instructions given on polymer80's website and drilling the 5/32 pin holes for the trigger and hammer assembly and putting the trigger and hammer assembly together in the polymer80 lower receiver, I found that the hammer had too much clearance from the disconnector, so the fire control assembly would not work properly. A waste of money. I do not recommend to anyone. Buy a bullet, they last longer and you're not saving that much weight anyway.
