substandard care in Seattle at polyclinic, not hospital setting. Aug 9 Dr. Goodman-routine endoscopy. Complained to CEO: excessive initial 5 mg midazolam with fentanyl, adverse reaction, but increased to 12 mg, discharged still sedated, no after care. CEO responded On August 24 he would review. The physicians are top notch! I'd recommend all my docs to my friends. However, the billing/accounts payable section is hard to work with and unresponsive. The bills are non-sensical. If it weren't for the excellent docs and medical services, I would leave this clinic because of billing practices.
I’ve had a very good experience with Polyclinic. They have been overly organized, mychart is easy to use and doctors are responsive on it, labs can be done on the spot in the same building and the doctors have all been very nice. It is helpful to have so many doctors with different expertise in the same building and they can call each other on the spot with questions. I'm very disappointed in the way you have treated my parents with billing. Sending retired people to collections without even working with them is wrong.

Get a decent billing policy in place. They refer small amounts of less that $35 to collection agencies at exactly 90 days, without notification or any explanation, and have no online statements or review process, and their clerks can't answer any questions. I love my doctor, and am ready to leave Polyclinic because of this mistake in billing, and the callous treatment of me..
The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Just wish I didn’t have to go to Seattle for my injections. There’s a Polyclinic right here in Renton, but they’re not set up to deal with orthopedic issues.
The best service every time. The kindness and nicest people working to assist the professionals do their job the best that they know how to. Kudos to the Polyclinic staff.
