This is the best place for your health care needs. Some time ago I hurt my knee. Every surgeon in my area wasn’t able to get me in for an MRI for a long time. Polyclinic got me in the next business day. My knee was severely broken (mostly soft tissue and one bone chip). I scheduled immediately with the surgeon after my mri results. Employee openly hated Christians. I was in fear that I was being treated incorrectly on purpose.
The doctor admitted that he gave me the wrong instructions for an injection that could have mutilated me permanently--then fired me when I complained. This is YOUR Polyclinic in action.
I had a wrist fracture during August 2018. After I searched my insurance website, I chose a doctor from Polylclinic to help me. I had the first appointment with him on August 20th and my wrist surgery was done at Polyclinic first hill surgery center on August 24th. The doctor was very knowledgeable and care. Their billing "services" have been farmed out to a third-party who is absolutely terrible. I am having the same issues as others -- being repeatedly billed, and now sent to collections, for things that have already been paid. So disappointed. I've always been happy with my medical care, but it's not worth it to have to deal with this billing nightmare.
