Billing is insane. They just sent me the 'pay within ten days or we send you to collection' letter for a $25 bill that I had already paid. Customer Service insists there is no place where I can pay or discuss a bill in person, and no address to which I can send a written complaint.
The Polyclinic's billing department has grave administrative problems. without going into too much detail, they have been sending me bills for literally a $168 charge that I paid months ago. Ive contacted them every month for the past eight months, and every month I have to explain the issue. Sometimes they see the problem and promise to fix it. They ask you to show up 15 minutes early and then make you wait 15 + more minutes. 30 minutes of just sitting and waiting. $$$ if you park in their garage
Bill insurance. Don't send patients (with severe diseases) and their spouse to collection.
Polyclinic, I am now on my third week of trying to settle bills with you. I have two bills that I have paid and yet I get unpaid notices from you. I provide proof of payment and then get a bill from a collection agency. I reached out to your customer care and get referred back to your billing department. Well , that is useless because they lose the payment in the first place and then don't bother to check if to see if the account has been paid. You charged me $79 just to administer my flu shot at your flu shot clinic - that is absurd! How does 35 minutes waiting and 45 seconds with a tech amount to $79???
