Josh was extremely nice, patient, very professional and made sure I understood everything that would be happening on both of my stays (I had 2 different sleep studies). The office staff was nice. I’m only giving 4 stars because between the office staff and my dr office there was miscommunication on what I needed for the second study........if I could give 1/2 star I would cause once I called both places I received a call from the Staff with an appointment the exact same evening. 😊
Very professional and helpful! I have been there twice and both times were comfortable. The second time my husband stayed with me. I was able to get up whenever needed and never bothered the tech at all. While fitting me for my mask, we went through 4 or more just to make sure I was comfortable since I am claustrophobic. Thank you so much!
Great experience. They immediately got back to me when I called....very helpful staff (alicia) and personable. I recommend!! (For those with negative comments about the time frame the results were reported.... it's not Starlight staff responsible for that ... busy, fantastic pulmonologist read the studies in between caring for patients in the critical care units and office. I know them personally and professionally.
I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and disrespectful! After playing phone tag for several weeks, I finally got a hold of someone at 9:15 am while the answering machine stated they were closed and office hours are 9-4. When I told the lady, she told me she is not going to discuss her office hours with me and that is why they had an answering service. As I tried to explain that the instructions said to contact the answering service for emergencies, she got even louder and tried talking over me in a condescending... read more
