She was so kind to understand and gave me an early appointment, even before her normal hours , to do my nails! She was so kind, easy to talk to, and so attentive. My nails looked fabulous when she was done ! If you are local to Coeur d'Alene you must go to her salon. She is excited about moving soon to Sherman St/ave...I wish I could see it sounds amazing! I had an amazing day at Polished for all services: mani/pedi, massage and the Elemis facial. I loved relaxing on a heated table as Stephanie smoothed away my stress. I enjoyed the different techniques and listening to her open her magic bottles to alleviate my dry skin. I have some troubled toes due to arthritis and she was very gentle. I really enjoy the waterless pedi so I don't have to soak. Called about a mani/pedi and was able to get in the same day. It was a totally pampering experience. Ashley was super friendly and did an amazing job. I will definitely be visiting them again!
