Two great peeps have been saying I should go check out an introductory class for a wee bit of time. I'm glad I finally did! I too the Wed 6:30 Class. It was just enough low impact and I can feel it in my core. Can't wait to go again!
Had a great time at Pole Essential class. The instructor made me feel very comfortable and I learned a lot. Definitely will be returning for future classes.
