Our program consists of FIT & FLY classes. FIT classes are for beginners and multi-level to build strength, flexibility and overall conditioning and fun! Our FLY classes teach you more individualized skills and continue to work on athletic conditioning. So far I’ve done PoleFIT intro and PoleFIT. I’ve really enjoyed them both and am getting over my fear of new things and learning to like seeing myself move in the mirror.

So far, I have done Polefit and Ariel Yoga, and I must say that is a very fun and amazing workout! I always feel it the next few days in my arms, legs, and abs, and I love it! Everyone is so nice, and I highly recommend anyone try it out. I can't wait to try some of the other classes like Ninja Fit as well! Thank you PoleFIT Revolution!
