Love the service but they expect you to tip over 10$ or more. They. really tell u to tip or be like are u tipping? Crazy
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Owner who did my nails was extremely rude. Made my nail beds BLEED upwards of five times. I kept telling her I was in PAIN and she continued to be rough throughout the whole manicure. I was borderline CRYING at one point. It took her 2+ hours to complete my nails. She kept going on her phone and leaving me during the manicure. I wonder where this lady got her certification or if she is even certified. I never go here even though I live close by but got a refill in a pinch today and it was $55!!! My nails look good (no different than the other salon) but it’s $30 at the other place I go. Basically 1 refill for the price of 2 🤔
Never been disappointed there. Plus, they massage and pamper you like you're a real princess. The salon is 100% clean, quiet, comfortable.
Great customer service!!! I don't usually get my nails done or go to the nail salon because they are normally over crowded, rude and could care less about the customer. From the time I walked in till I walked out they were very nice. Amy and Jun took great care of me.. Foot massage and neck rubs; while getting my pedi and mani done! I will be returning and bringing my friends!
