This a.m. I brought my 2 yr old Golden Retriever into the office...I called after I could not remove a racquet ball from her throat...Jenna answered and told me to bring her in immediately...upon arrival Kelly and Carly were outside and getting her out of my car...Dr. Daugherty came in and told me what they were doing and Carleen updated me. Even though this was 1 of the hardest and most heart breaking days of my life, these wonderful people went out of their way. I got all kinds of doctor speak from the vet ( you know what I'm talking about) but she took the time to explain everything. If I choose to mother another fur baby I will take them here. My appt. Was at 3 I was there after they closed, and they were still telling me to take the time I needed, not the hurry up and get out of here looks, no rushing me to say goodbye. Poland Veterinary Centre took care of my French Bulldog, Frenchie Kisses, for almost 12 years. She has had several medical issues and surgeries throughout her life, and although pet care is never cheap, I believe she was treated the best possible. The staff gave her lots of love and were always so kind and flexible with me. I appreciate all the service they provided me and my Fur Baby over the years. When the end came, they were there for me one last time with sympathy and compassion...even sending me flowers a few days late... read more
Yesterday we had to euthanize our dog Pepper. The staff was wonderful and they showed us how much they cared. They took wonderful care of Pepper and they made sure that we had enough time to say goodbye to our dog of 19 years.
My tiny Yorkie had to have dental surgery and I was scared to death about the anaesthesia. Dr. Daugherty (and Kelly) did a phenomenal job with the surgery and recovery. I am so pleased with the professionalism and expertise displayed by Poland Veterinary Clinic. Thank you for taking care of my little one with such love and concern.
Amazing!!! My husky is bit well... Husky. Lol. They are awesome, attentive, and effient, and very patient with him. Won't go elsewhere.
