Took 20 minutes to coax my 100 pound dog into the car and some drugs (prescribed) to get him to the vet only to find out I was there at the wrong time. I asked if they could at least look at him because he has a skin infection but they couldn’t spare five minutes and said I’d have to come back. Well I’m not, ever!
RecommendedStaff and Doctors are wonderful. (To the VT that was in the room, I think you have a new best friend.) Very caring and were sympathetic to mine and Wilsons' needs. Clean and modern facility. Treatment prices are good, but owning a large dog I expect to double everything. Hes healing nicely and getting back to his happy, goofy self. Thank you for all your kindness
They were very compassionate with Coccoa yesterday, her final day. Treated her just like family. Thanks for your kindness and care the last 14 years

My kitties Sugar and Myrtle had their first appointment yesterday I couldn't be happier about the care they received! Dr. Preston and all the girls there were wonderful. They were so kind and very thorough. My senior cat Sugar was very at ease. She sat on the bench the entire time instead of hiding in her carrier. They even carried one of the cats out to my car for me because two carriers isn't the easiest to manage by yourself. Highly recommended!
The hardest decision i had to make was put down my loved baby Big Boy he was my love and i hope he knew that ❤ It was very difficult time but with the staff here every single lady was such a gem and was right by my side! I highly recommend them ❤ I will be back when I move on with another fur baby❤
Scheduled my first appointment Thursday as my previous vet couldnt see my dog for over a week for an ear infection. Went in today and the girls were fantastic! My dog usually gets such high anxiety when going to the previous vet and today he acted like their best friend. Dr McMurray took the time to get on my dogs level and really understand the level of care he needed. I have never seen such compassionate care from the previous vet.
