Delivery service/ schedule is poor and terrible. For the past 3 months, my delivery got rescheduled not just once but 4-5x , to the point that i had to purchase bottled water from the supermarket because we ran out of water .
The absolute worst delivery service I have ever witnessed. They charge you $100 a year to be a member for discounted or free delivery but if they never show up and reschedule the delivery every time what exactly is the point? I realize it might be hard to find drivers but if you are going to advertise and charge for delivery, then you actually have to do it terrible horrible the worst cannot wait to contact Poland Spring about this because the people at ready refresh do not give a darn.
Ready refresh horrible customer service. Never come when scheduled, charge for extra empty pick ups, when service is delayed and turned on there is no auto bill or communication.
I was duked by this company and it hurts. Never will I do business with them again. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!
