The most ridiculously rude employee on the phone while trying to set an appointment for an MRI of my shoulder. Zero phone manner, completely forgot that the patients they "serve" are what keeps them in business. Just because my Dr. finds them convenient, does not mean they are the only MRI place in town. Will be looking elsewhere for my services. Insane.
RecommendedI had a great experience, fast check in and friendly service, MRI technician was really friendly and asked if i wanted to try out smaller machine so there would not be any waiting time.
Uggg, people do what you love, don’t work where you don’t belong! Treat people like shit, you don’t give a shit about patients. Making inappropriate comments while getting a mammogram �
I've always had a pleasant experience here. The registration staff can sometimes be a little deadpan but the technicians have all been super fantastic. And after all that's what you are here for.
These guys are awesome. Great care and very eeficient
Told us to be here at 11:15am for an 11:45am appointment. Place was deserted. Waiting in the waiting room without seeing a single person. 11:40am someone came out but said they were at lunch. She reluctantly checked us in. Patients time is worth anything.
