****** went above and beyond for our home! He was kind enough to accommodate a different time on the same day of his visit. He not only did his job but he also wiped down every one of our windows outside. ****** was very professional!

I was trying to cancel my service with Pointe Pest Control and they gave me the runaround. If you call there number and say you are an existing customer it goes to an answering service . If you email them they tell you they need verbal confirmation before they can close your account. I ended up emailing 3 times and talking to the answer service at least 3 times. So aggravating! I finally got smart and said I was a new costumer before I got routed to an employee to get my account closed. Such a waste of my time. Just figured ... read more
