Weve used Pointe Pest for at least 5 years now. The call back in the beginning was the best, bar none. The last year + its not what it used to be. They always let us know well in advance when they were coming. It was scheduled. During summer it was once a month. This summer was our worst summer for Pests. While our Granddaughter and her family was here our great granddaughter had a small pink scorpion upstairs where she was sleeping. Weve had more spiders inside than any time since 2016!
