Cristian did an excellent and thorough job today at my house. He is personable and pleasant. His boss came with him, as I understand he is a new worker. Both men were very pleasant and helpful. They listened to my concerns and I appreciated that. I will be glad to have Cristian come back the next time I need Pointe Pest Control.
I have called multiple times regarding a flea treatment for my home every time I called I got there answering service told my message would be sent to the manager and I would get a call back and never have so I went to there office and it was locked up during business hours that they claimed to be open. And the one time a technician showed up didn't know anything about why I called and accused me of not knowing what a flea looked like. He was also very rude and disrespectful.
