Since Jennifer left the pointe has gone down hill. There is no Parking for tenants. The new manager prefers to be abstract and non confrontational. The grounds constantly has trash on it. They decided to paint in the wrong season especially for the students because I ask two of them why do they have paint on their backs and yet their reply were because it rubbed off onto them as they went to class.
