Terrible! Worst place for first home! Do not go to the pointe @ ****, they re scammers! The people at the front desk are rude and rarely there to help, are often too lazy or too busy with other people. They have filed multiple complaints against their customers, and especially like to up charge college students. They do not care if you cannot afford rent and are rarely willing to make or arrange payment plans if even! Since Jennifer left the pointe has gone down hill. There is no Parking for tenants. The new manager prefers to be abstract and non confrontational. The grounds constantly has trash on it. They decided to paint in the wrong season especially for the students because I ask two of them why do they have paint on their backs and yet their reply were because it rubbed off onto them as they went to class. The last place on earth to live, never suggest to anyone or come back, the price may be low at the beginning but then other fee keep raising. Very unsafe, the security door never close, and the staffs are students, they can break into your room anytime. The gym and office always close earlier than other places. I have friends live in the 2 room apt, they leave in the summer for vacation and did not renew the lease, the office come to the room without notice or contact them then throw away everything in the room, tv, laptop, ... read more
