Rob and his team, especially Jesse, went above and beyond. Our full furnace and AC installation from Point Heating and Cooling was phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly before they left. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services.
We have used Point Heating and Cooling a couple times within the last year. Both times we had an excellent experience. Very fair and knowledgeable. Rob was really great with an honest evaluation and clear explanation of our options. He was responsive and had great communication as well. With installation, Jesse and Clayton were fantastic. Highly professional and went the extra step to make the process easy for us. They explained the set up with the new thermostat and we would definitely use them again and recommend them highly!
