when I went to point auto the first thing I noticed was how professional they were. they all were polite and answered all of my questions about the vehicle perfectly. When doing the paperwork it was a breeze, they got straight to the point and nothing hidden. They are a perfect place with great choices of vehicles to pick from. highly recommend

Purchased a Toyota Camry from Point Auto a few weeks ago. Paid cash for it knowing it was an auction vehicle having not been through their mechanic as it was very clean. Long story short the head was cracked and it needed a new engine (which was more than the car was worth). I called Josh, the owner, and spoke with him as I was quite upset bc I only had the vehicle a few days. The Camry was purchased "As-Is." Josh apologized and then offered to trade my car for another one on his lot that was 3 years newer with less miles. I paid a minimal fee. I had a hard time accepting the gracious offered and thanked him several times bc he didnt owe me anything. When I asked Josh why he did it (i was curious why) his response was, "Bc it's simply the right thing to do." That right there will have my business for any car I will ever purchase again as well as any references. Josh said he started his Lot so he could seperate himself from the negative stigma that surrounds used car dealers and genuinely help people. Old school business ideals of taking care of your customers and they will in return take care of you. Thanks again Point Auto!!
