They could not hang up on customers, and also honor their warranty on parts sold! as I purchased an engine not even 2 weeks ago. was told I would have a 45 day warranty, I let them know I was going to replace all gaskets, seals, ect, and install engine. upon intake removal I found the inside of engine was rusted and would not spin freely. I then take pictures of what I found, further inspect the engine as to why it will not move hoping I could free it up. find rust all in main bearings and cam lobes and send them their way. ... read more
Orded an intake manifold from these people. The mating surface had been completely eroded away. Totally unusable. Extremely poor quality control.
Not good experience. Have always had good dealings with them but today needed part and told us would have today as we are heading out of town. No call back from them and when we called them was told owner left and didn’t mention to employees anything about the part we needed and was almost 5:00 by this time so almost to late to get part elsewhere. We called them several times and even went in and was told would have today but nothing.
